Last Updated: November 27, 2025

TinyPages is provided by Tiny Platforms Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong S.A.R. Our registered address is Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong S.A.R.

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to TinyPages. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t use TinyPages. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Our Service

TinyPages helps creators succeed by providing an all-in-one platform for landing pages, course delivery, email marketing, and payment processing. We’re constantly working to improve the platform, which means we may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We’ll always try to give you reasonable notice about significant changes that might affect how you use TinyPages, but sometimes we need to move fast to fix issues or improve the service.

3. Your Account

To use TinyPages, you’ll need to create an account with accurate information. We use secure login methods including Google authentication and email one-time passwords. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your login access secure and don’t share it with others. If you notice any unauthorized access, let us know immediately at hello@tinypages.co.

4. Your Content

Everything you create on TinyPages remains yours. This includes your landing pages, course materials, emails, videos, and any content generated using our AI tools. When you use TinyPages, you give us permission to host and display your content so we can provide the service, but you keep all ownership rights. Just make sure you have the right to share anything you upload, and that your content doesn’t infringe on others’ rights or violate any laws.

When you use our AI features, the generated content belongs to you. However, you’re responsible for reviewing it before publishing to ensure it’s accurate, doesn’t infringe on anyone’s rights, and complies with applicable laws. We’ve configured our AI services to not store or train on your data.

5. Acceptable Use

We want TinyPages to be a safe and productive platform for everyone. You agree not to use it for anything illegal, harmful, or malicious. This includes but isn’t limited to adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency schemes, pyramid schemes, counterfeit products, weapons, illegal drugs, or anything that promotes hate or violence. Don’t infringe on others’ rights, harass people, send spam, or distribute malware.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes prohibited content or activities. If you violate these rules, we may remove your content or terminate your account, typically without refund. If you’re unsure whether your intended use is acceptable, please contact us first at hello@tinypages.co.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

TinyPages offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription. Prices are displayed on our website in euros for European customers and US dollars for international customers. All prices include VAT where applicable, so what you see is what you pay.

Your Pro subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. We’ll charge your payment method on file at the start of each period. If we need to change our pricing, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and the new price will apply starting with your next billing cycle.

For European customers in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you subscribe, as required by EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, email us at hello@tinypages.co within 14 days and we’ll issue a full refund. We also offer a 14-day free trial so you can test TinyPages before committing.

After the 14-day withdrawal period, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion in exceptional circumstances like prolonged technical issues. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings, and you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

7. Payment Processing for Your Products

TinyPages uses Stripe Connect to enable you to sell digital products and accept payments from your customers. When your customers buy your products, payments go directly to your Stripe account. TinyPages never holds or processes your sales revenue. We only charge your monthly or annual subscription fee.

You must create and maintain a valid Stripe account and comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for customer refunds, disputes, chargebacks, product delivery, customer support, and any tax obligations related to your sales. TinyPages is not a party to transactions between you and your customers. We provide the platform and tools, but we’re not liable for payment disputes, fraud, failure to deliver products, customer complaints, or tax matters related to your sales. Your customers are responsible for handling their own tax obligations when selling through TinyPages.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@tinypages.co. If you cancel a paid subscription, you’ll be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. If you delete your account entirely, most of your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Videos hosted on Cloudflare are deleted immediately. Some data like invoices may be retained for legal or accounting purposes as required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent or illegal behavior, fail to pay subscription fees, or if your account has been inactive for an extended period. We may also terminate accounts if we’re required to by law or if we discontinue the TinyPages service entirely. Terminations due to violations typically result in no refund. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed.

9. Intellectual Property

TinyPages, including our logo, software, design, and features, is owned by Tiny Platforms Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer our software, remove proprietary notices, or use our trademarks without permission. If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about TinyPages, you grant us the right to use that feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TinyPages is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or security. We don’t guarantee that using TinyPages will result in business success or revenue. Your success depends on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Platforms Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, or any damages exceeding what you paid us in the past 12 months. We’re also not responsible for issues arising from third-party services like Stripe, Cloudflare, or AI providers.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of TinyPages, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with the GDPR for users in the European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland, as well as Hong Kong’s Personal Data Privacy Ordinance and other applicable data protection laws. We collect account information, usage data, content you create, payment metadata, and technical data like IP addresses to provide and improve TinyPages, process payments, send service communications, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

If you’re in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, export your data in a portable format, object to certain processing, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority like the CNIL in France or ICO in the UK. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@tinypages.co or hello@tinypages.co.

We retain data from active accounts while your account is active. When you delete your account, most data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Videos are deleted immediately from Cloudflare. Some data like invoices and tax records must be retained for 7 years for legal compliance. Data may persist in technical backups but is not accessible.

Your data may be processed in Hong Kong where we’re based and the United States where our service providers operate. For European users, we ensure protection through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and Data Processing Agreements with all sub-processors. When you use our AI features, your prompts are processed by AI providers, but we’ve configured these services to not store or train on your data. For complete details, please see our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or improvements to clarity. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date and notify you via email or through a prominent notice on TinyPages at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you don’t agree, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong. For European consumers, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws, and nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at hello@tinypages.co to resolve disputes informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

14. General Provisions

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tiny Platforms Limited. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision doesn’t constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent, but we may assign ours including in connection with a merger or sale.

We’re not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, internet failures, or pandemics. Sections that by their nature should survive termination including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and dispute resolution will remain in effect after termination.

16. Affiliate Program

You can earn 30% recurring commission on customers you refer to TinyPages. Commissions are calculated on the base subscription price (€79/month or €790/year) and continue as long as the referred customer remains subscribed.

Payment: Monthly via bank transfer when you reach €100 minimum balance. Below €100, your balance rolls over to the next month.

Eligibility: Anyone with a TinyPages account can participate. No limit on referrals.

Rules: Self-referral is prohibited. You cannot create multiple accounts or use deceptive means to refer yourself or entities you control. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and cancel fraudulent commissions.

If a referred customer cancels then resubscribes, commissions resume automatically. We may modify or discontinue the program with reasonable notice. Changes won’t affect existing referrals.
