Welcome to TinyPages. By using our platform, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms are important as they explain both your rights and responsibilities when using TinyPages.
TinyPages helps creators succeed by providing tools for landing pages, course delivery, email marketing, and payment processing. We're constantly working to improve our platform, which means we may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We'll always try to give you notice about significant changes that might affect how you use TinyPages.
To use TinyPages, you'll need to create an account. When you do, please provide accurate information and keep it updated. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password secure and don't share it with others. You must be at least 18 years old to use TinyPages.
Everything you create and share on TinyPages remains yours. However, to provide our service, we need your permission to host and display your content – think of it like letting us showcase your work in our gallery. Just make sure you have the right to share anything you upload, whether it's text, images, videos, or other materials.
We want TinyPages to be a safe and productive platform for everyone. This means not using it for anything illegal, harmful, or malicious. Don't infringe on others' rights, harass people, send spam, or distribute malware. We trust you to use good judgment, but we'll need to take action if these basic rules are violated.
TinyPages cannot be used for certain types of content and business activities. This includes, but isn't limited to:
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes prohibited content or activities, and we may remove any content or accounts that violate these restrictions, typically without refund. If you're unsure whether your intended use of TinyPages falls into any of these categories, please contact us first.
While prices are listed in US Dollars, we may process payments in your local currency. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it, and we generally don't offer refunds unless required by law. If we need to change our pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice.
Sometimes, we may need to suspend or terminate accounts – for example, if someone violates these terms, engages in fraud, hasn't paid their fees, or hasn't used their account for a very long time. We don't take these decisions lightly but must protect our platform and community.
While we work hard to provide a reliable service, TinyPages is provided “as is.” We cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free, nor can we promise that using TinyPages will guarantee business success. Consider us a tool in your journey—a powerful one, but still just a tool.
If something goes wrong, we want to be clear about our responsibilities. We're not liable for lost profits, data loss, or other indirect damages that might occur while using TinyPages. This includes issues that might arise with third-party services connected to our platform.
As TinyPages grows and evolves, we may need to update these terms. When we do, we'll inform you through email or our platform notifications. Continuing to use TinyPages after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, and any formal disputes must be resolved in Hong Kong courts. However, we always prefer to resolve issues informally – so if you have concerns, please contact us first.
Have questions about these terms or anything else? We're here to help.
